Soupcam is a camera inspired by Film Soup experiments. Through digital development, it recreates the color shifts, hazy highlights and irregular traces of chemical reactions on soaked film, giving familiar landscapes, street corners and everyday moments an unexpected look.
Light softly blooms
Bright areas spread into gentle halos. Some parts turn hazy while others stay clear, giving light the soft, uneven edges of a memory.
Color leaves water marks
Curving trails, uneven stains and local washes give photos the texture of film touched by water. Some colors come from the photo itself and mingle with random variations.
Chance leaves speckles
Dark or light speckles appear in different sizes and densities within parts of the image. They may gather in a corner, scatter along an organic curve or leave only a few faint traces.
